-You will be charged for exchange/return for change of mind. (Exchange 5,000 KRW/Return 2,500 KRW)
*Change of mind policy: Free delivery on Exchange & Return due to faulty products, size exchange, color exchange etc.
-Return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount, Exchange shipping fee will need to be paid.
-Please register exchange/return on our homepage and then register with the courier directly. (Lotte Global Logistics 롯데택배)
-It may take from 3 to 7 days depending on the delivery situation. Exchange & return will be placed after inspection of the products.
-Products purchased from online cannot be exchanged/returned in store.
-All items must be in their original condition, with the swing tags attached. (If not, exchange/return might get rejected.)
-Bank transfer: Refund amount will be paid to the purchased account in 2-3 days after the product collection.
-Credit card: Payment cancellation in 2-3 days after the product collection, the cancellation might take 3-7 days depending on the bank's situation. *Contact the bank for cancellation details.
-Using points: Points will be paid to your account in 2-3 days after the product collection.
Pending period for reward store credit:
-Your reward store credit issued from orders will be added to your account and stay as Pending for 20 days from delivery before validation to compensate time for exchange or returns. Meanwhile, you are free to spend your available store credit balance.
-If you pay for your order with store credit, you are required to spend a minimum store credit of #min_mileage.”
-The maximum store credit you can spend on one order is “max_mileage.”
Cancellation of store credit:
-Pending credit issued from orders will be automatically cancelled on cancellation or return of the relevant order. Your store credit will be cancelled if you close your account. Also, your store credit will expire if there is no newly issued store credit for three years.
