Q. How do I become a member?
A. Click the LOGIN button at the top, then press Join Us to become our member.
There are benefits when you sign up for our membership.
If looking for a specific product, please type a keyword in the search tab.

Q. Can non-membership order?
A. Yes. After selecting the product that you want to purchase, click Buy now to view the non-membership order.
After clicking non-membership order, please fill in personal information and proceed the payment.
Non-members can also check their order and to check the order please confirm the order number and the password.
Please note that you cannot receive membership benefits when ordering as non-member.

Q. What are the membership benefits?
A. Such as points and coupons. More benefits will be added in the future, so stay tuned.

Q. Can I cancel or change my order?
A. In case of a member - cancellation or change is available until the order is confirmed.
If you are a non-member, please contact us to our customer service (1899-0488) or inquire to our chat-bot.
