[Delivery]

Q. How much is the delivery fee?

A. Free delivery if the payment is over 50,000 KRW, and if it is less than 50,000 KRW,
the delivery fee is 2,500 KRW per order. (Additional fee for Jeju island and mountainous areas)


Q. Is it possible to ship together?

A. If you order multiple products within one order, it will be delivered together.
However, the order will be delivered sequentially when the orders are placed individually.
If you need separate orders to get delivered together, please contact the customer service.


Q. Is international shipping available?
A. We are preparing for international shipping.


[Exchange/Refund]

Q. Can I exchange or get a refund of the purchased product?
A. After receiving the order, you can request a refund within 7 days and an exchange within 15 days for a different color or size of the same product.


Q. Can I exchange or get a refund of the product that I bought at the store?
A. Products purchased from online can only be exchanged and refunded online.


Q. I have received the faulty product, can I exchange with different product?
A. Please register for exchange within a week, and if it is a new product with original condition, you can exchange with the same product.


Q. Can I exchange for a different product from the first order?
A. You cannot exchange with other product from the one you already purchased.


Q. How much is the delivery fee for exchange/return?
A. The exchange delivery fee is 5,000 KRW (round-trip) and the return delivery fee is 2,500 KRW. Please enclose fee in the parcel or transfer to our account.


Q. What happens when exchange/refund is not possible?
A. It is not possible to return if the product has been washed, damaged, or left a trace of use.
If you request a return due to price deduction and price difference occurred by sale, you will be treated as change of mind, and round trip delivery fee will be incurred.


Q. If I register exchange/refund, does the delivery person collect the product on his/hers own?
A. First, you register exchange/refund through the customer service and then register to the courier directly.
You can register via Lotte Global Logistics 롯데택배 (1588-2121 or online) tracking number, and you can get information of the collecting date after the registration.
The collecting may be delayed depending on the delivery situation, and customers who purchase via Naver Pay must register for exchange/return on Naver Pay.
